Snow day

Unfortunately its still cold and snowing in Boston, so did a little 10-min sketch from my balcony :)

Done in the medium/sun triad (New gamboge, permanent rose and french ultramarine blue). 

Grainstack in the Morning, Snow Effect

Got a chance to visited Museum of Fine Arts in Boston yesterday and had an opportunity to see these indescribable paintings from Monet, Renoir and Sargent. Inspired, I had to try my hand on this beauty created by Monet, Grainstack in the Morning.

I got a picture taken for reference.
