Summer 2015 sketches

Lovely weather (80F) just went out with my moleskine and sketched some people around me at Revere beach boulevard.

Now that I look at them, I don't like the yellow pages of Moleskine sketchbook. I will not consider buying it again.

Money plant vines

I have this nice little money plant, and now it has started to grow after a long period of hibernation. I stuck a lily flower to add interest in the painting.

The clarinet player

Photo ref PMP. Painted in sun triad watercolors. Painted with a limited palette of only 3 primaries is challenging and is very useful to learn color mixing. I have yet to learn a lot!
