So recently I got the hake brushes and though I might try it out. Its very difficult to master these brushes and I found this amazing person Steven Cronin and I just tried to copy his style of painting using the hake brush.

I may need a lot more practice to even look close to a Cronin painting.

Apple

Fruit can be a very interesting topic to paint. Here's one that I did in Portfolio watersoluble oil pastels. 

Pineapple-Lemonade.

It was very tricky to paint a pineapple. I tried to keep the painting loose. Overall I really enjoyed painting this fruit.

The cottage.

Visiting the fall colors in New Hampshire. It was lovely and I had time to do a small en plein air painting. Thats my watercolor pocket kit.
